Aside from "Watchmen" I'm also curious to see this.
As I've written somewhere else:
"Shit ang ganda ng animation style. And its voiced by King Leonidas himself, Gerard Butler (women love that accent of his).
For the uninitiated: The Black Freighter was the story within the Watchmen story. The way I see it, its like an allegory for whatevers happening to the world of these guys.
Max Shea, who wrote the story, disappeared but later resurfaced in the story in the island that created the something that changes the political climate nearing the books end.
If you read between the lines of the ending for this tale and then compare it to the ending of "Watchmen" the book, not the movie, youll find that both protagonists embrace the change in the status quo. "
