Okey so last issue, Wendell Vaughn, who appears to be a spectre now has given a World Mind-less Richard Rider his Quantum bands to become the new Quasar (since Phyla Vell has now become the Avatar for Death in order to rescue Moondragon from the clutches of, well, a Moon Dragon...) Now the series crosses over with the events of War of Kings.
Explosive!!!!
