So The Super Soldier Can Be Duplicated?!?!

Ed Brubaker, you sly fox, worming your way around Steve Rogers history. But seriously I like the whole theme for Steve Roger's new miniseries. It's about him and the man he represents. Its the man outside the costume. And it's a brand new history for the guy.

The Heroic Age may be here but some dark secrets are brewing for the new top cop, Steve Rogers, secrets that harken back to the days of Operation:Rebirth, which saw the emergence of Captain America.

And just like every James Bond/ espionage movie, some half wit professor/informant type gets killed/ or burnt alive. (And they call themselves Professors and doctors huh?!)

See, that's what I was talking about!!!

Seriously, what does Rogers call his squad? I mean when Tony Stark and Nick Fury were in charge they called it S.H.I.E.L.D. while when Norman Osborn was in charge, he called it H.A.M.M.E.R. so what will Rogers call his organization??

Meeting with Peter Wisdom is never a good thing...

(Its such a shame that they pulled the plug on Captain Britain and MI:13, it was such a great book with a witty cast of characters. And seeing Wisdom on this book makes me want to read all those back issues again.)

This ranks high in my to-get-list. This has all the elements that made us love Captain America during Ed Brubaker's run. So not only are we enjoying Bucky as the new Captain America, we'll also be seeing some of Steve Rogers as well.

Good times. Keep it up Marvel.
