Upcoming Marvel Superhero Squad from SDCC

Images from SDCC courtesy of Marvelousnews show the upcoming waves for Marvel's uber cute Superhero Squad toys. The next wave includes:

* Web shielded Spider-Man & Spider-Woman (Julia Carter)
* Red Hulk & Extremis Iron Man
* Astonishing X-Men Wolverine & Amora the Enchantress

* Spider-Man & Thor Reborn (new armor)
* Back in Black Spidey & Green Goblin
* War Machine & Iron Patriot (doubtful)

I'm really musing on whether I should get this in between collecting my Marvel Minimates...

Spider-Man Ends Brand New Day

And we see a new costume made of Black and neon green. Oh and he's battling a new Hobgoblin...

And then theres this image of Spider-Man wearing what seems to be a Fantastic Four costume...

In other news, Dan Slott will be taking over writing duties for ASM full time with a rotating set of artists including Humberto Ramos and Stefano Casseli...

Mac Gargan is no longer Venom and returns to his original gig as the Scorpion...

Looking good Mac! Now I wonder what Anti-Venom, Eddie Brock has to say about this??
